Program Overview and Registration
The
IT Leaders Program has been designed to recognize the broader set of
competencies that IT leaders need to be successful in the future. For a

Getting Started
After you've read through the program overview mentioned above, we'll need you to take the following steps, which are described in detail further below.
- Register online for the program.
- Complete an online form, identifying who you would like to complete a 360 feedback survey on your leadership capabilities.
- Email the people you identified for the 360 survey, notifying them that MOR Associates will be sending them a survey invitation. You will find suggested language for your email.
- Book your travel and accommodations for the first session. Details will be posted as they become available on the Schedules & Logistics page for your group.
- Check your group's Assignments page for up-to-the-minute details on current and upcoming assignments. You can download assigned readings here as well.
Program Registration
This online form asks for:
• Basic contact information
• Brief summaries of past and present positions
• Other leadership experience
• A 300-500 word essay describing what you hope to gain from the program and the qualities, skills and experience you would bring to the program.
TIP: You may find it helpful to draft your responses in a word processor, before cutting and pasting them into the online form.
